We are small firm dedicated to helping our community in Hampton Roads increase their career opportunities and find that needed hand to help with the work load. For the Employers and Recruiters who are coming here for the first time, here are some things that separate us from other job posting sites:

1. We are affordable. Starting in Summer of 2009, we will offer a membership-based service ($250/yr) for Company's who use the site to find new hires. With this yearly membership, you get unlimited job postings and usage of the website. (Compare this to other services that charge you $350.00 or more for a 6-8 week ad.)
2. We are accessible anytime, anywhere. Any correspondence from potential prospects (applications, messaging, contacts) is stored online with no expiration (or as long as you want it to be stored) and no strings attached. Even if you cancel your membership and come back 2 years later, your contacts, messages, and applications will be waiting for you. (unless you tell delete them or have us permanently delete your account)
3. We are quick. Because we are small, we are dynamic. We don't stop working at 5pm. We don't have to get approval from chains and chains of bureacracy. If its a good idea, it'll be implemented as soon as we can rather than waiting months or years to get approval and funding.
4. We think outside-the-box. We want to go above and beyond this website and find ways to streamline the entire hiring process for you. Plans for the future involve helping our members integrate our tools with their website and their HR Department to streamline processes and cut down on paper work. (which will help them go green)
5. We are local. Again, we are dedicated to our community in Hampton Roads. In these troubling economic times, we want to help our neighbors at home find the careers they need to pay the bills---and our neighbors at work find the people they need to get the job done.
